Our Handicap System

At the 2008 AGM it was decided to adopt the "CONGU Unified Handicapping System 2008-2011" forthwith.This places much responsibility on each player to maintain an up-to-date Handicap as shown below:-

NATIONAL RANKING POINTS DURING EACH SEASON
The top five players receive 5,4,3,2,1 points per event approved by The Handigolf Founation.

In addition any player playing to within 3 shots or points of their allowance receives an additional 2 points.
(Hence if a bandit wins by a large margin and the second place person plays close to potential they get one more point)
